Joe Marinucci

Joe Marinucci is a Digital Media Solutions Co-Founder, and served as CEO from the company’s inception in 2012 to 2025. Under Joe ’s leadership, DMS has evolved into an award-winning, digital performance advertising company demonstrating consistent and significant year-over-year growth. In June 2019, Joe became a recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award. In 2020, Joe was instrumental in leading the efforts that led to DMS becoming a public company. DMS received a spot on Inc. magazine’s inaugural Best Led Companies list in 2021, recognizing the impact of Joe alongside fellow DMS leaders. Prior to DMS, Joe was President and Co-Founder of direct response marketing firm Interactive Marketing Solutions where he focused on a broad array of direct marketing solutions for the company’s clients. He previously served as a board member of LeadsCouncil where he advised member companies in the online lead generation space to promote best practices across all industries. He earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Binghamton University and resides in Florida.
