Scott Javor

Scott Javor, Chief Financial Officer of Digital Media Solutions, brings more than 25 years of experience in finance, strategy and operations across a wide range of industries and business models. As CFO at DMS, Scott leads the company’s finance and accounting teams, helping to drive financial discipline, operational efficiency and long-term growth. Scott’s extensive background spans operational and financial leadership, consulting, investing and private equity, with deep expertise in the technology, media, telecom and SaaS sectors. Known for his ability to optimize processes, increase profitability and manage high-performing teams, Scott has successfully guided organizations through complex transformations and growth initiatives. Prior to joining DMS, Scott served as Chief Financial Officer at DTG Recycle, where he oversaw finance, accounting and IT. Before that, he was CFO at Napster, leading global finance, strategy, IT and corporate development for a music streaming platform operating across four continents. Earlier in his career, Scott held key finance roles at FTI Consulting, GE Capital and GE’s Corporate Audit Staff, working in the U.S., Europe and Japan. Scott earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Yale University.
